With a process dedicated to establishing an IT Governance framework and another to establishing a management system for the IT processes, CobiT 5 provides management with the tools they need to implement an IT governance within their organisations.

After three days at our recent  CobiT 5 workshop most participants were very clear that their plan would be to switch to CobiT 5 immediately. It is not expected that the final version of CobiT 5 will not be materially different from the current exposure draft. However the new structure of CobiT 5 is a very important change that will provide significant benefits once implemented.
