Corporate Governance (CG), IT Governance (ITG), compliance, risk and security topics are difficult to communicate. The combination of technology, law and organisational and management issues is a challenge of its own. A comprehensive understanding is the key to efficient communication, however, many experts often don't find the adequate communication level and language which needs to be used when talking to executives. 

We will support experts like IT-Security Officers. IT Auditors, CIO's, lawyers or legal experts by "de-fogging" complex topics and establish a common level of understanding and communication.

We are using different methods to accomplish this: 

• We use the systems thinking approach to visualise complex  environments and help building an understanding of factors which can be influenced and what influence this will have on the entire system.

• We help to prepare presentations which are target group oriented
• We prepare workshops and case studies with you and your team how to deal with complex topics and how to communicate them
• We coach and deliver feedback 
• We establish trusted communication channels between the expert and management level
• We help building trusted key goal indicators and measures to get non-technical progress feedback
