LONDON, UK: ISO 38500, CobiT, SOA and IT Governance Seminars
The growing interest in Service Orientated Architecture (SOA) has resulted in an increased demand for SOA Governance training and consulting services. We are pleased to announce that our current CobiT and IT governance training programme has been expanded to include SOA Governance and ISO 38500 - the new international standard for IT governance. 

SOA Governance

This practical two day seminar assists delegates plan and implement SOA governance, an essential component for successful SOA. There is a lot more to SOA governance than design-time and run-time controls. Learn about the integrated process model and governance mechanisms needed to support a succesful SOA implementation.

 

ISO 38500

This two day course introduces delegates to the new international standard for IT governance (ISO 38500) and provides them with practical guidance to implement good governance for information technology.  ISO 38500 provides a framework with six guiding principles for good corporate governance of IT and a model for directors to govern IT with three main tasks: evaluate, direct and control.  

 

IT Governance Implementation based on ISO 38500 and CobiT  

This three-day course provides delegates with a greater understanding of IT Governance and its implementation using practical frameworks such as CobiT 4.1 to begin the implementation and extend your current IT governance activities. Learn about the role and responsibilities of process owners, how to design and document processes and how to build sufficient capability to perform in line with business expectations.
