Role-Specific AI Literacy Training
Role-based AI literacy and competence programmes — Article 4 literacy plus EN 18286 / ISO/IEC 42001 duties for boards, product, risk, quality, and engineering — delivered live or via the education portal.
The service
Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires providers and deployers to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among staff and others involved in operating or using AI systems. EN 18286 clause 7.2 and ISO/IEC 42001 clause 7 go further: competence must be defined by role, gaps closed, and records kept. We design and deliver those programmes against your QMS/AIMS roles — not a single generic awareness course.
Delivery is live (virtual or on-site) or through structured paths on the education portal, with optional coaching after the classroom.

- Boards and executives — risk, accountability, and regulatory timelines so leadership can set policy, budget, and oversight.
- Governance and compliance — provider and deployer duties, high-risk classification, documentation, human oversight, and post-market monitoring.
- ISO/IEC 42001 implementers — scope, policy, risk processes, performance evaluation, and audit readiness.
- Impact-assessment practitioners — ISO/IEC 42005 methods and how they support FRIA-style duties.
- Quality, safety, and QMS owners — EN 18286 design, accountability frameworks, and lifecycle control for high-risk systems.
- Product, risk, and engineering — control design, data and model duties, and competence for the specific QMS/AIMS tasks assigned to the role.
How competence is evidenced
- Role-specific competence requirements (technical, ethical, regulatory, rights protection)
- Competence matrix and training-needs analysis against those roles
- Induction and refresher records that the QMS/AIMS can show to an auditor
