Overview
Personnel must be competent, through education, training or experience, and remain competent for the role they perform.
These AI literacy courses build the role-specific competence needed for work that affects the performance and effectiveness of an EN 18286 QMS. They ensure personnel know their duties and understand the regulatory requirements, the system's intended purpose, reasonably foreseeable misuse and risks, and the usability and accessibility criteria that apply.
