A multi-goal scorecard for performance evaluation

Overview

Accountability is managed through a hierarchical multi-goal scorecard. Independent trees, each organised around a distinct theme, support structured performance evaluation.

An administrator can maintain, expand and restructure the trees as organisational priorities and AI responsibilities change.

The scorecard is pre-seeded with trees that align stakeholder expectations to roles and responsibilities. Those expectations cascade through a core model that incorporates:

  • Enterprise goals
  • Alignment goals
  • Governance objectives
  • Management objectives
  • System components
  • Design factors
  • Implementation roles.

By linking stakeholder expectations to goals, objectives and roles, the scorecard gives a traceable way to assign accountability, monitor performance and judge how well responsibilities are fulfilled.
